If you are here, either you suck at Doom ][, you're cheating by looking 
ahead, or you've made an honest attempt to beat the levels and still need
help.

If you are not here due to the last, you are going straight to Hell!

Level 1 - Ruins of Undermountain

   #1  Check everywhere for secret doors.  Many weapons are hidden.

   #2  Gather all ammo you can, for you'll need it in the next levels.

   #3  There is a hidden door (opens only with red key) in a toxic area.
       You really aught to find it!

   #4  Don't waste your time trying to get the blue armor behind the teleport
       area, it is just there to piss you off.

   #5  Save your rockets for large enemies!  You don't have the ammo to
       waste on little nobody monsters.

   #6  If you need a boost at the beginning, open that little door that never
       opens in the regular game version (you know, that annoying little
       silver door that is always behind you when you start).

   #7  Don't try to get 100% kills, the level can be beaten without even
       seeing many of the enemies.

   #8  My 13 year old brother can beat this without codes.  Stop whining.

   #9  Don't bother to use the teleporters, they usually go to the same silly
       place (yes, that is intentional; no, I don't care that this bothers 
       you, bite me).

   #10 Quit looking for plasma weapons.  They ain't there, dude. |]


Level 2 - The River of Blood   

   #1  There is a suit of blue armor hidden to the far left of the level.
       Kill the mancubus, and it is yours!

   #2  Fight the ten Hellknights from outside the room; a head on 
       confrontation will get you killed.

   #3  Still no plasma weapons.

   #4  There is a rocket launcher hidden in the green maze.

   #5  The toxic red room with the Pain Elementals contains a super shotgun.

   #6  Watch out for teleport traps.

   #7  Be on the lookout for barrel traps.  They usually a lethal and guard
       absolutly nothing!


Level 3 - The Abyss   

   #1  A Revenant fires a "heat-seeking" missile.  To fight them, get 
       somewhere that a missile can't go.

   #2  Many windows that the monsters shoot from can't be seen into from
       your viewpoint.  (This is great for you Deathmatch players out there.)

   #3  Please don't fall into the abyss, there is no way out.

   #4  The Archvile is easy to kill if you keep a store of rockets reserved
       just for him.

   #5  No, there are no plasma weapons in this level.

   #6  Secret doors abound in this level, especially in "back alleys."

   #7  There is a rocket launcher in the room that contains the four
       Revenants.

   #8  The blue key is outside the room it first appears to be in. 


Level 4 - The Catacombs

   #1  You can stop looking for plasma weapons, you aren't going to find
       them.

   #2  You can avoid the Lost Soul trap, look for a secret door in the 
       first room.  

   #3  Don't forget to open that silver door once you have the red key.
       It hides a little extra ammo.

   #4  The blue door is hidden behind the inverted cross.

   #5  Keep going down the dark hallway with green fire sticks.  You will 
       only teleport three times.  After that, you can get to the end of the
       hallway.  You can't get the red key if you don't do this!

   #6  There is a shotgun hidden in the embalming chamber.

   #7  The room known as "Splat" (believe me, you'll know it when you find it)
       is easy to beat if you find all of the secret doors.   Just find them       
       before you release the Revenants.

   #8  The red key is on top of the red star.  If you find all the switches
       in "Splat", then you'll have no trouble getting it.

   #9  Try this level in Deathmatch, it is great.


Level 5 - Screaming Slave

   #1  Hey, what do you know.  There is a BFG9000 in this level!

   #2  Use the BFG9000 to kill the Barons of Hell in the red key room.

   #3  If you still haven't found the BFG9000, try pushing on the screaming
       slave pillar.

   #4  Find all of the secret doors!

   #5  The Spider Boss can be killed.  Just avoid the barrels, and find the
       teleporter up to the invulnerability sphere.


Level 6 - Maze Madness

   #1  Be wary of the maze, there is only one exit, and it is hidden.  
   
   #2  There are no plasma weapons; there is a Super Shotgun and Rocket
       Launcher.

   #3  Before fighting the Baron of Hell, get the Soul Sphere from the
       hidden elevator.

   #4  Running down hallways will keep you from falling in a hole.

   #5  The blue key is hidden with the Pain Elementals.


Level 7 - Temple of Set

   #1  There is a rocket launcher and chaingun on top of the temple.

   #2  Raise the platform of the Archville before teleporting onto it.

   #3  Yes, the only thing in the library is a teleporter.

   #4  You don't have to kill anything in this level to win... if you are
       fast enough.

   #5  Yes, the exit is hidden in the room with the Mancubus.

   #6  No, you cannot get into the graveyard.... unless you clip.


Level 8 - Return to Undermountain

   #1  Don't rely on your knowledge of the first Undermountain... too much
       is different for it to do much good.

   #2  If you can't see, don't run.

   #3  Conserve health and ammo, you need it all to win.

   #4  Yes, the only way out is to die in the Archville chamber.

   #5  Avoid rooms you know to be a trap.

   #6  Yes, there is a plasma gun in this level.  You need it too.

   #7  There is a hidden soul sphere in the lower portion of the map.

   #8  Fight the revenant guarding the super shotgun through the window
       out beside him.

   #9  Unless you find the radiation suit, don't try to get the chaingun.

   #10 Watch out for doors that open when you go past certain areas. 
       Backtracking is a must.

   #11 Don't cheat and use codes, it is much more fun without it.
